 Silaxine heat resistant silicone sheets are available from Softcare Silicone UK Limited   . Customers can select the thickness, hardness and color of the silicone gel used.

Characteristics:

·    Made from silicone gel and elastomers that will accept up to 350C.

·    Excellent compression resistance

·    Very durable, cleanable and washable

·    Long-term performance for cushioning and other applications such as sealing.

·    The silicone will not become brittle and crumble and is non-corrosive to metal. 

·    Easy to fabricate, cuts cleanly

Silicone Thickness          :       1cm-10cm (silicone thickness)    

Silicone Gel Hardness :         

Available in three silicone shore a hardness (these are approximate numbers)                               

- Soft      :   shore A 1-10 (Soft Gel) (like sponge hardness)                                

- Medium:   shore A 11-20 (Medium Gel) (like the hardness of a pencil rubber)                               

- Hard     :   shore A 21-30 (Rubber) ( like the hardness of a stamp  )  

Silicone Color   :         Red   (Please kindly add color with your order) 

Heat Resistance:                upto approximately 350 C   

Processing:                                

Cutting: The sheet can be due cut using press cutters, seizers, blade or simple   cutting tools.
