 Silaxine silicone sheet laminated on one or both sided with PU film    . Customers can select the thickness, hardness and color of the silicone gel used and the thickness of the PU film used, PU films are available in 25micron, 35 micron, 45 micron, 55micron, 60micron 70 micron.                     

Applications :

·    Any cushion application

·    Highly recommended for the footwear industry.

·    Can be used for various applications where a soft elastic and resistant sheet is required.

Characteristics:

·    Made from silicone gel laminated with a PU (polyurethane film)

Silicone Gel Hardness :          Available in three silicone shore a hardness (these are approximate numbers)                               

 - Soft  :   shore A 1-10 (Soft Gel) (like spongehardness)                               

- Medium:   shore A 11-20 (Medium Gel) (like the hardness of a pencil rubber)                               

 - Hard     :   shore A 21-30 (Rubber) ( like the hardness of a stamp  )  

              Silicone Color   :         The silicone gel is Available in seven colors:

-          Clear(No color)

-           Light Blue

-           Dark blue

-           Red

-           Black

-           Orange

-           Skin like

-           Yellow

-           Green  (Please kindly add color with your order)

 Heat Resistance:                70C   

Processing:                                

Cutting: The sheet can be due cut using press cutters, seizers, blade or simple   cutting tools.                          

Adhering:   Softcare silicone UK can add a pressure sensitive adhesive layer to these sheets, and also manufacture double sided silicone based pressure sensitive (PSA) adhesive tapes to be use with there sheets, please contact our customer care on info@softcaresilicone.co.uk
