Instruction for use

Ensure inside heel section of the shoe is clean and dry. Peal the heel grip off its backing and apply centrally over the inside heel section of the shoe. Press in position with the curved side downwards. Please allow 24 hours before using the shoe, use of heel horn is recommended.
