Instruction for use

Ensure inside heel section of the shoe is clean and dry. Peal off the silicone heel from its adhesive backing and apply centrally over the inside heel section of the shoe. Press in position with the curved side downwards .If necessary, trim to exact fit.
It is recommended that you use the shoe after 12 hours from applying the heel grip.
