The insoles are specially designed for high heel shoes, where the pressure under the metatarsal heads is significantly increased, causing discomfort after prolong use of such shoes , that is specialty true during parties so call party insoles.

Our insole are uniquely provided with and extra soft blue dot located under the metatarsal heads provided "negative padding effect" for the highest pressure area ( the metatarsal heads ) thus providing extra comfort on the top of the soft silicone material in which the full insole is made from; The insoles are inserted in the front of the high heel shoes underneath the metatarsals area.

Instruction for use

Place insoles in shoes to establish fit, place the pattern side upwards. Cut the insole to the exact size if necessary (at the toe side only). Keep the cut edge smooth as possible and do not leave any sharp edges at your cut line.

Washing directions:

Hand wash with soap and warm water. Dry with a textile material or air-dry.
