Our Return Policy:

In accordance with Softcare Silicone UK Limited policy of offering outstanding customer service and  in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item and the post costs or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

Returning Items by Post

If you wish to return an item to us by post, please follow these simple step-by-step instructions:

Repackage the products securely and send the products together with :

- The reason for return

- The order  number

- Your e-mail address or telephone number

- Instructions as what would your like us to do ?  refund or  exchange

 Please kindly note that all items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

Softcare Silicone UK  understands that delivering your order on time and in good condition is the most important thing we have to do.

If something goes wrong  then fixing it quickly

send the right item out to you the next working day.

 If you want to change or return the item  

If you don’t like your purchase  or its not a suitable size , Send us an email to , and send it back to us within 30 days.

We will ship to you a different size or color, or process a refund within 48 hours of receiving your return.  

Cancellation of Contract :

In addition to your statutory rights ( please see bellow),you can cancel your contract within 30 days of receipt , if you like to cancel your contract ,please contact our customer care team by email at and title the message :

cancellation of order number (  the order number)

Where  the contract was cancelled within 30 days of receipt , we will refund in full your payment .

How do I cancel my order under the distance selling regulations?

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods, to cancel the contract you made for your order with us.

In this case we will fully refund your payment ,however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.

If you decide to cancel your order with us, you must let us know in writing (email  ) quoting the order number.
